Welcome!12th Street Community Services, Inc., is a new and exciting non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Northwest, Washington, D.C. 12th Street Community Services (TSCS) offers a collection of inter-relational programs intentionally designed to enhance the lives and expand the opportunities of children, youth and families living in Wards 1 and 2 of Washington, D.C. TSCS seeks to increase the desire for personal responsibility and productivity by promoting the healthy and successful development of youth and their families.
Dr. Paul H. Saddler, a resident of the District of Columbia, is an experienced leader in the strategic development of inter-relational youth programs. Dr. Saddler is the creator of a unique program approach to help strengthen families, assist students to succeed academically and to help students to make needed behavioral adjustments. Based on Dr. Saddler's theory on Ethical Development, TSCS offers a unique approach that can help enhance the lives and expand the opportunities of students and families living in Washington, D.C.
The goals and objectives of TSCS programming are to help students develop a life-long appreciation for the learning process and to promote personal responsibility, productive life styles and enjoyable relationships. One of the main objectives of TSCS programing is to expose students to cultural and educational experiences that will expand their perceptions as they grow to be productive well-rounded citizens who are able to contibute to their local communities and beyond.
